By using the website and services of GYC Solutions LLC, operating under the brand names Grow Your Credit and GYC Business Credit (collectively, ‘GYC’), also referred to as "we" or "us", you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Nature of Services
Grow Your Credit provides financial education, coaching, and consulting services. We are NOT a credit repair organization as defined under federal or state law. We do not promise to remove accurate information from credit reports or guarantee specific credit score outcomes.
No Guarantees
Individual outcomes vary based on each client's unique circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific results, including credit score improvements, loan approvals, or interest rate reductions.
LLC Formation, Business Credit Education, and Digital Products
GYC Business Credit may offer:
- Educational LLC startup guides
- Business formation consultations
- Business credit education
- Credit-building checklists and workbooks
- Business funding preparation resources
- Digital e-books and downloadable materials
- Business startup planning services
Important disclosures
- Educational resources are provided for informational purposes only and are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. GYC is not a law firm or CPA firm. Consult a licensed professional for advice about your situation.
- Completing an intake form does not create an LLC or establish a paid service agreement.
- State filing fees, registered agent fees, licenses, permits, taxes, and related expenses are generally separate from GYC's product or service charges, unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
- Credit accounts, personal or business credit scores, business funding, financing, and loan approvals are not guaranteed. Lenders, vendors, and creditors make their own approval decisions.
- The actual services and deliverables you receive depend on the applicable written agreement or product description at the time of purchase.
- Digital products may contain links to government and third-party websites that GYC does not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or fees.
- Prices, delivery methods, and refund or cancellation terms for each product or service will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
Digital Product Purchases and Electronic Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically (for example, by download link or email) after purchase or request. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. If you do not receive your product, contact us and we will help resolve delivery issues. Digital products are licensed for your personal or internal business use; you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share them.
Sales of standalone digital products are final once the product has been delivered or made available for download, with exceptions for non-delivery, technical issues, duplicate charges, material misrepresentation, and refunds required by law, as described in our Digital Products Refund Policy. This does not apply to our services or change any cancellation or refund rights for them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and following through on recommended action steps. Results depend on client commitment and individual circumstances.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for appointments and services are described in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, and in any written service agreement. Any cancellation rights required by law are preserved and are not waived by these terms.
Communications
Your use of our forms and communications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including how text message and marketing consent works.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials.
