Refund & Cancellation Policies
DRAFT – NOT LEGALLY APPROVED. The three existing policies below are preserved unchanged and kept separate. The Refund and Cancellation policies on the current site are marked “Last updated: 2024” and describe coaching sessions and consulting packages; they should be reconciled with the current GYC Complete service agreement. Attorney review required.
Refund Policy
At Grow Your Credit (GYC Solutions LLC), we strive to provide valuable coaching and education services. Please review our refund policy below.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions that have been completed are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns.
Consulting Packages
For ongoing consulting packages, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis for unused services if requested within the first 14 days of the service period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our scheduling page or email. Include your name, date of service, and reason for the refund request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Please review our cancellation policy for appointments and services.
Appointment Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
How to Cancel
To cancel an appointment, please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact us directly through our scheduling page.
Service Cancellations
For ongoing consulting services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Any prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis.
No-Shows
If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and may be subject to the full session fee.

Digital Products Refund Policy
This policy applies only to standalone digital educational products sold by GYC Solutions LLC, operating under the brand names Grow Your Credit and GYC Business Credit (collectively, ‘GYC’), such as e-books, guides, templates, worksheets, checklists, and other downloadable educational materials ("Digital Products"), including Grow Your Business Credit: The Florida LLC Starter Blueprint.
All Sales Final
All sales of Digital Products are final once the product has been delivered to you or made available for you to download, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Because Digital Products can be downloaded, copied, and kept, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after delivery except as described below. This policy is disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Exceptions
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other remedy if:
- Non-delivery: you did not receive access to the product and we cannot provide working access within a reasonable time after you contact us.
- Duplicate charges: you were charged more than once for the same product, or charged in error.
- Unresolved technical problems: the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- Material misrepresentation: the product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase.
- Required by law: a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.
How to Report a Problem
For fastest service, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at [email protected] or 407-617-8008 with your name, order email, purchase date, and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
This 30-day period is a customer-service guideline only. It does not limit or shorten any rights or remedies you have under applicable law, or any rights you may have to dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider.
Free Products
Free Digital Products, such as the Florida LLC Quick-Start Guide, involve no charge, so no refund applies.
Where We Sell
Digital Products are currently offered to customers located in the United States.
Separate From Services
This policy applies only to standalone Digital Products. It does not apply to consumer credit services, coaching agreements, consultations, or any other services, and it does not change their terms, cancellation rights, or refund rights, including rights under federal or state consumer protection laws. Those are governed by our Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and your written service agreement.
Educational Use Only
Digital Products are educational and are not legal, tax, or financial advice. They do not guarantee any credit score, credit account, funding, or loan approval. Dissatisfaction with your personal results is not, by itself, a basis for a refund, but this does not limit the exceptions above.
