LLC Formation Consultations and Business Credit Services

GYC Business Credit provides educational resources and consultations related to starting a business, LLC formation, business credit development, and funding preparation.

When you complete our forms or request these services, we may collect:

We do not request Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or identity documents through our basic LLC intake form. Please do not submit that information through the intake form.

Third-party business tools

Digital Products and Purchases

When you request a free download or purchase a digital product, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and order details. We use this information to deliver the product electronically, send order confirmations and purchase-related service messages, provide customer support, and keep transaction records. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.

Requesting a free guide does not by itself subscribe you to marketing text messages. If the download form includes an optional marketing opt-in, you may decline it and still receive the guide.
